Age Restriction & Refund Policy

Age Restriction

Anunna Healing is an adults-only website. You must be aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if this is higher, to become a member or access members-only content.

When joining, you are required to confirm that you are 18 or over. By becoming a member, you also confirm that you are legally permitted to access the content available through Anunna Healing in the country or region where you live.

Immediate Access to Digital Content

Anunna Healing memberships provide immediate access to digital content available within your chosen membership tier. This may include audio, video, photography, written content, workshops, archive material and other members-only content.

Before joining, you are required to confirm that you want immediate access to this digital content and understand that doing so may affect any applicable cancellation or cooling-off rights.

If UK consumer cooling-off rights apply, you expressly request that supply of the digital content begins immediately. Once access begins following your express request and acknowledgement, your 14-day cancellation right in respect of that digital content is lost.

Other countries and regions may provide different consumer rights. Nothing in this policy removes any rights that applicable law says you must retain.

Refunds

Because membership provides immediate access to an existing library of digital content, membership payments are non-refundable for a change of mind once access has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This includes any unused time remaining in the current paid membership period.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If content you have paid for is not supplied, is materially not as described, is faulty, or a genuine technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing the content included with your membership for a meaningful period, please contact us.

To request that we investigate a payment or refund issue, email AnunnaHealing@gmail.com from your membership email address where possible. Please include the date of the payment and a brief explanation of the problem so that we can identify your membership and investigate it.

We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Where a refund, credit or other remedy is required by applicable law, or we otherwise consider one appropriate, we will provide the appropriate resolution.

We may also consider exceptional circumstances individually at our discretion. This does not create an entitlement to a refund where one would not otherwise exist.

Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your recurring membership at any time.

If your current membership period has already been successfully paid for, cancelling prevents the next renewal payment and you will normally retain access to your paid membership until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling your membership does not normally entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, including any unused portion of it, once access to the digital content has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Failed Payments

Paid membership requires a successful payment for each billing period.

If a recurring payment fails, your paid membership may be cancelled immediately and access to paid members-only content will end. We are not obliged to provide continued paid access while payment remains outstanding.

You are welcome to become a paid member again once you are able to make a successful payment.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Where the law in your country or region gives you additional mandatory consumer protections, those rights continue to apply.
